Community School for the Gifted + Playground – Fully furnished version!

I present to you, my recreation of the Community School for the Gifted + Playground from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on both floors. The first floor has the library, with activities for younger and older students, the cafeteria, and the gym, with a tiny locker room, and tiny office. The second floor has two bathrooms, a principals office, a standard classroom, an art class, and a science class. I very VERY much wanted to have more classrooms (because why wouldn’t I), and long generic hallways lined with lockers, but I was kinda compromised for space, so sorry if you hoped for more, I tried my best.

The playground is a separate lot meant to be placed to the left of the school lot, but it is entirely optional. I will add a separate download link for the playground below.

The inside design is just my interpretation since, as a rabbit hole, it does not have an interior in TS3. Feel free to download my empty version HERE and give it your own interior if you would like. It may be a bit heavy on some computers since it has so many items on such a large lot. It is completely CC FREE.
