Hey there everyone! Since I finished all of my Sunset Valley lot recreations, I wanted to make a post that has them all in one place. Everyone has been so kind and supportive and it really helped my motivation. 🙂
Under the cut you will find a list of all 65 lots I have completed (+8 unfurnished versions), each with a picture, a link to the post where you can find the download link, and additional photos. They are all CC FREE.
I have the Ultimate Collection, so many of them have content from various expansions. Make sure you use caution and Clean Installer when putting these in your game. A rug fix and Bon Voyage rock fix may show up in clean installer, just un-check them if they do. 👻Back up your files often to be safe. 👻

Sunset Valley: An (empty) 3T2 Neighborhood Recreation

Here it is, the empty version of my 3t2 Sunset Valley (Grab the Populated Veresion HERE). It is a CC FREE neighborhood (on this wonderful terrain by Voleste) featuring the lots (without the Sims) you know and love (or don’t) from the Sims 3. It was made with all EPs and SPs and checked with Hoodchecker.
You will definitely need a camera mod to see all of the lots. I personally have GunMod’s Camera Mod.
Most lots will have inaccessible shrubs/flowers so I also recommend having Perfect Plants.
Most lots have off-grid rugs, havingzz_HL_RugFixesBin_ALLprevents them from looking weird.
Before Pleasantview, there was Sunset Valley. Founded by the Goth family, and built up by the Landgraabs to be a quiet, peaceful town. But when the Altos arrive with uptown ideals, will the townsfolk feel the need to choose sides?
Sunset Valley: A 3T2 Neighborhood Recreation

Here it is (✨conveniently for my 1,000th post yay✨) my 3T2 recreation of Sunset Valley, the base game neighborhood from The Sims 3. It is a fully populated CC FREE neighborhood (on this wonderful terrain by Voleste) featuring the lots and Sims you know and love (or don’t) from the Sims 3.
It was made with all EPs and SPs and checked with Hoodchecker. I’ve been working on this for about 5 months now and I’m so very excited to finally share it. I’ll try to keep it brief and bore you with all the long details below the cut. (Warning: it gets quite long)

First of all, here are some mods I highly recommend for the best experience:

One Sim has a University Career Lifetime Want that will only show up if you haveNew LTWs Enabled.
Community Skilling is great so your Sims can build skills using all of the wonderful Community Lots, especially the Gym, School, Park, and Library.
Appearances, ages, skills, relationships, fitness, family funds, memories, personalities, hobbies, aspirations, and Lifetime wants are set to reflect their Sims 3 counterparts to the best of my abilities. I hope you enjoy!
The Landgraabs are old money. Nancy’s family more or less founded the town, so it was no surprise that when she married Geoffrey, it was Geoffrey who changed his last name, not Nancy. Will young Malcolm be a mild-mannered doctor like his father or a voracious business tycoon like his mother?
Alto
The Altos are new money. Their unscrupulous business practices have gotten them far in this town. Unofficially, they own most of the local shops. But how did their daughter become such a Goody Two-Shoes?
Goth
The Goths have lived in town since time immemorial. The aura of gloom from the nearby cemetery suits them, but can a young boy named Mortimer grow up to be well-adjusted in such a place?
Crumplebottom
Agnes Crumplebottom hadn’t even changed her last name to her husband’s when an unfortunate accident on her honeymoon ended their marriage. Between her growing bitterness and her husband’s ghost scaring away gentlemen callers, only the bravest Sim would ever even try to win her heart and fortune now.
Bachelor
The Bachelors are a tightly knit family and Simis sees to it that everything – and everyone – is in its place. Now if only the other neighborhood kids were as well behaved as his Michael and Bella.
Langerak
Kaylynn Langerak cleans up after her brother and stay-at-home dad while her mother works all day. Now Kaylynn’s Aunt Zelda has arrived with a jungle of half-dead plants in tow and things are messier than ever!
Frio
The Frio brothers are cool – but in very different ways. Connor is shy and seems aloof; Jared is downright cold to people after he befriends them. Can anything be done to change them into the next level of cool: awesome?
Ursine
Claire Ursine is a reclusive angler living by the ocean. Since she lives alone, she is hopeful that no one will notice her unexpectedly changing waistline.
Wan-Goddard
Pauline and Hank are certain that they will be 2-gether 4-ever because they have so much in common: parties, the beach, and music. The only question is whether they can maintain their lifestyle.
Sekemoto
Yumi Sekemoto has recently moved in with her son, Leighton, to help him raise his toddler, Sam.
Alvi
Young Miraj Alvi wishes that his teen-age brother would stop giving their dad such a hard time. Is there some way he can help the two make amends?
Bunch

Wainwright

When their daughter, Blair, was a child, they bought every toy she asked for in the hopes that she would amuse herself and give them more free time for their hobbies. Now that Blair has moved out on her own, the Wainwrights are thinking of converting her old room for their next big project…
Wolff
Both the arts and having children are very important to Morgana Wolff, but she has just learned that her new husband, Thornton, actively dislikes both. Oops. Can these newlyweds save their young marriage? Should they even try?
Jolina
Jamie Jolina is as intelligent as she is beautiful. Can she prove to the world that the two traits can coexist?
Hart
Bebe Hart has a hard time as the only responsible person in the entire Hart lineage. It’s no secret in the neighborhood that both of her parents are slightly insane, so Bebe feels that the neighbor’s eyes have been scrutinizing her for ages, just waiting to see if she’ll crack too.
Clavell
Xander Clavell is a party animal still living in his parents’ house. Buster is tired of Xander’s mooching and wants him out. Will Bessie have to choose between her son and her husband?
Andrews
Beau Andrews is an insensitive slob who spends most of his time watching television. Victoria is an artistic bookworm who spends most of her time reading. How is it that these two seem to be living happily ever after?
Koffi
Gobias Koffi is a well-meaning single Sim who just hasn’t met the right woman. Is this because he actually prefers the company of his male friends?
Kennedy
Erin Kennedy is a long-term military woman who was recently transferred to town. Making friends has always been difficult for her, and she worried that things might be the same in this town. Will her fears come true?
Steel
Christopher Steel is lucky by nature. Things have always come easily for him, which is starting to get boring. Now that he’s in a brand new town with no friends or job, how will he fare?
The height of elegance in Riverview, former residents have yet to do this house justice. Old world charm and modern amenities for a timeless combination in this classic chateau style home.
As per request (I seem to have lost your URL sweetie, I’m sorry!), here is my recreation of the residential lot Beaux Chateau or 365 Riverblossom Hills Drive, from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. (It ended up closer to red than yellow due to the brick patterns available so again I’m sorry if that’s bad!) It is fully furnished to the best of my ability. It is on a 4×4 lot and costs §189,327. It is completely CC FREE.

Wilsonoff Community Theatre – Fully furnished version!
I present to you, my recreation of the Wilsonoff Community Theatre from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on the first three floors and a bit underground. The first floor consists of the lobby, two bathrooms, vending machines, and a movie theatre. The Theatre goes a bit underground, and has 3 of the large TVs and a bunch of recliners. The second floor continues the lobby and theatre, but also has the projector room. The third floor is up all those stairs, it has an arcade, a bar, and a music venue type stage. There is room for a fourth floor, but I left that empty. It’s a bit more modern than I originally planned, but I kinda went with it. I’m not satisfied with the TVs but it is what it is lol. It’s a decently fun place so I hope you enjoy.

I present to you, my recreation of the EverFresh Delights Supermarket from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on all three floors. The first floor is basically a little market. It has groceries, magazines, vending machines, an electronics kiosk, and a photo booth. The second floor is the bathrooms. The third floor is the employee break room and office. It has a door in the sevond floor, but unless it’s a player owned business, the townies pretty much run rampant through the break room, so beware bad manners. Not as elaborate as some of my other lots, but it’ll get the job done.

So I went ahead and remade my version of Old Pier Beach from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I managed to bring in the coast close enough to use it. I found THIS TUTORIAL very helpful. 🙂 It is fully decorated to the best of my abilities. It is on a 5×6 community lot and It is NOW a Beach Lot. It is completely CC FREE.

I present to you, my recreation of the Divisadero Budget Books from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on all three floors. The first floor is all bookshelves, clutter, chairs, a register, and I added a magazine rack outside so there’s something to buy. The second floor has more bookshelves, some seating, more clutter, and a chess board. The third floor is a coffee shop, with lots of seating, an espresso counter thingie, and two teeny bathrooms. I went through and tested a copy to make sure every seat is sittable.
I have two versions for you. One version is a 2×3 lot with all the backyard nonsense from the original cut out, and the original 3×5 lot with a bunch of concrete for neighborhood aesthetic. You’ll probably want the 2×3 so it’ll fit in your neighborhoods easier.

Community School for the Gifted + Playground – Fully furnished version!
I present to you, my recreation of the Community School for the Gifted + Playground from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on both floors. The first floor has the library, with activities for younger and older students, the cafeteria, and the gym, with a tiny locker room, and tiny office. The second floor has two bathrooms, a principals office, a standard classroom, an art class, and a science class. I very VERY much wanted to have more classrooms (because why wouldn’t I), and long generic hallways lined with lockers, but I was kinda compromised for space, so sorry if you hoped for more, I tried my best.
The playground is a separate lot meant to be placed to the left of the school lot, but it is entirely optional. I will add a separate download link for the playground below.

It may be a bit heavy on some computers since it has so many items on such a large lot. It is completely CC FREE.
