Hogan’s Deep Fried Diner

I present to you, my recreation of the Hogan’s Deep Fried Diner from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. It is not decorated on the inside and is just hollow as of now. 

I have two versions for you all so I recommend only choosing one. One version includes a small grassy sitting area to the left of the diner, on a 4×3 lot. The “Just the Diner” version is just the diner on a 3×3 lot. The dumpsters in the back are neighborhood deco and won’t appear unless you place them. It is completely CC FREE.

Make sure you use caution and Clean Installer when putting this in your game.

28 Hour Wellness Gym

I present to you, my recreation of the 28 Hour Wellness Gym from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. It is fully decorated to the best of my abilities. I had to cut a bit of the window area on the west side of the lot by a few blocks to fit the lot but it doesn’t make much of a difference. The ceiling above the pool has a weird shadow. It is on a 4×4 community lot. It is completely CC FREE.
