Hey there everyone! Since I finished all of my Sunset Valley lot recreations, I wanted to make a post that has them all in one place. Everyone has been so kind and supportive and it really helped my motivation. 🙂
Under the cut you will find a list of all 65 lots I have completed (+8 unfurnished versions), each with a picture, a link to the post where you can find the download link, and additional photos. They are all CC FREE.
I have the Ultimate Collection, so many of them have content from various expansions. Make sure you use caution and Clean Installer when putting these in your game. A rug fix and Bon Voyage rock fix may show up in clean installer, just un-check them if they do. 👻Back up your files often to be safe. 👻

As per request (I seem to have lost your URL sweetie, I’m sorry!), here is my recreation of the residential lot Beaux Chateau or 365 Riverblossom Hills Drive, from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. (It ended up closer to red than yellow due to the brick patterns available so again I’m sorry if that’s bad!) It is fully furnished to the best of my ability. It is on a 4×4 lot and costs §189,327. It is completely CC FREE.

Wilsonoff Community Theatre – Fully furnished version!
I present to you, my recreation of the Wilsonoff Community Theatre from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on the first three floors and a bit underground. The first floor consists of the lobby, two bathrooms, vending machines, and a movie theatre. The Theatre goes a bit underground, and has 3 of the large TVs and a bunch of recliners. The second floor continues the lobby and theatre, but also has the projector room. The third floor is up all those stairs, it has an arcade, a bar, and a music venue type stage. There is room for a fourth floor, but I left that empty. It’s a bit more modern than I originally planned, but I kinda went with it. I’m not satisfied with the TVs but it is what it is lol. It’s a decently fun place so I hope you enjoy.

I present to you, my recreation of the EverFresh Delights Supermarket from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on all three floors. The first floor is basically a little market. It has groceries, magazines, vending machines, an electronics kiosk, and a photo booth. The second floor is the bathrooms. The third floor is the employee break room and office. It has a door in the sevond floor, but unless it’s a player owned business, the townies pretty much run rampant through the break room, so beware bad manners. Not as elaborate as some of my other lots, but it’ll get the job done.

So I went ahead and remade my version of Old Pier Beach from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I managed to bring in the coast close enough to use it. I found THIS TUTORIAL very helpful. 🙂 It is fully decorated to the best of my abilities. It is on a 5×6 community lot and It is NOW a Beach Lot. It is completely CC FREE.

I present to you, my recreation of the Divisadero Budget Books from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on all three floors. The first floor is all bookshelves, clutter, chairs, a register, and I added a magazine rack outside so there’s something to buy. The second floor has more bookshelves, some seating, more clutter, and a chess board. The third floor is a coffee shop, with lots of seating, an espresso counter thingie, and two teeny bathrooms. I went through and tested a copy to make sure every seat is sittable.
I have two versions for you. One version is a 2×3 lot with all the backyard nonsense from the original cut out, and the original 3×5 lot with a bunch of concrete for neighborhood aesthetic. You’ll probably want the 2×3 so it’ll fit in your neighborhoods easier.

Community School for the Gifted + Playground – Fully furnished version!
I present to you, my recreation of the Community School for the Gifted + Playground from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I furnished to the best of my abilities on both floors. The first floor has the library, with activities for younger and older students, the cafeteria, and the gym, with a tiny locker room, and tiny office. The second floor has two bathrooms, a principals office, a standard classroom, an art class, and a science class. I very VERY much wanted to have more classrooms (because why wouldn’t I), and long generic hallways lined with lockers, but I was kinda compromised for space, so sorry if you hoped for more, I tried my best.
The playground is a separate lot meant to be placed to the left of the school lot, but it is entirely optional. I will add a separate download link for the playground below.

I present to you, my recreation of the Landgraab Industries Science Facility from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I fully furnished on the all three floors. The first floor has the lobby, two bathrooms, an aquarium type room, a natural science lab complete with the ever lovely Cowplant, and an archeology lab for dusting dusty things and looking at it. The second floor has a little tv area, a tech lab, and a Sim research lab. The third floor is dedicated to the alien research lab, where alien Sims can (VOLUNTARILY) submit themselves for observation and research.

I present to you, my recreation of the Abandoned Warehouse (Fully furnished by me) from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley.
I fully furnished on all four floors. The first floor has a bunch of seating for sitting, a tv, a poker table to play poker on, many “acquired” goods, a money printer, and robot crafting table. The second floor has more seating for sitting, some money trees, a shocky pool thingie to help people who have trouble cooperating, and a gross bathroom. The third floor is all walkways. The fourth floor has a small kitchen because criminals get hungry too, a bubble blower that’s completely recreational guys, a computer, and many beds for lodging, because sometimes crime goes on a little late. I ended up making it much more residential than I originally planned. I had “runaway criminals who do what they want” in my mind, and a bit of Fallout too. So feel free to use it as a residential lot if you’d like, I have added a download link for a residential version below.
