Hi anon! My answer to you is yes. I’ve wanted to learn how to convert objects for a long time and you finally gave me the push to do it. 🙂 So here it is:

The Sim-Mobile 3t2 from The Sims 3 Movie Stuff

Whether you are racing towards a crime, or away from one, the Sim-Mobile is the vehicle for stylish, high tech Sims! Fully equipped and guaranteed to be one of a kind, this custom racer is sure to be the talk of the town!

It is cloned from the sports car so you will need Nightlife to use it. It should have a unique GUID, three recolors, seats two Sims, and costs

§32,000.

The headlights and taillights are in the proper places as well.

When your Sim gets in, the animation will look weird as your Sim will clip through the side of the car, when your Sim is fully in the car, they will snap to the slots that I moved to the middle so their heads won’t poke through the top. The windows aren’t transparent so it won’t matter what your Sims look like inside. The Woohoo and Make Out interactions are still available, but will not have an animation different from the Sims just sitting in the car. This was to get rid of the fog effect that no longer fits the car. Again you won’t see the Sims, so it doesn’t matter.

When I play it myself, I like to start with one of the reoccurring Sims 2 families like the Goth, Bachelor, Landgraab, Crumplebottom, or Langerak, then move to the families who were new in TS3. I also like to start with Claire Ursine because she was the first Sim I played when I had played TS3. 🙂 Sometimes I’ll even stick the household names in a list randomizer and go in that order. 🙂

Hi! I really loved your Susent Valley recreation, it seems like you’ve put a LOT of effort and I actually find it more enjoyable to play then the original one. I have one question, though: did you edit their interests and turn-on/offs or are they random? I don’t mind changing them in simPE to my liking, but first I wanted to know if you had a different interpretation of the sim or if it’s really just what the game generated automatically

Hi thank you 🙂 So I did set the Turn-Ons/Offs, but I don’t believe I focused on them as much as other things, so it was mainly what felt alright in CAS, but not a lot of concentration went to them, so I wouldn’t live by then if they seem ill-fitting, 🙂 with the interests, they’re mostly what the game generated, I tweaked them a bit when I felt someone needed more or less specifically, but those were kinda an afterthought as well. So fill free to change whatever feels right to you. 🙂

Sunset Valley: An (empty) 3T2 Neighborhood Recreation

Here it is, the empty version of my 3t2 Sunset Valley (Grab the Populated Veresion HERE). It is a CC FREE neighborhood (on this wonderful terrain by Voleste) featuring the lots (without the Sims) you know and love (or don’t) from the Sims 3. It was made with all EPs and SPs and checked with Hoodchecker.

You will definitely need a camera mod to see all of the lots. I personally have GunMod’s Camera Mod.

Most lots will have inaccessible shrubs/flowers so I also recommend having Perfect Plants.

Most lots have off-grid rugs, having zz_HL_RugFixesBin_ALL prevents them from looking weird.

The photo below uses an awesome Sunset Valley skyline by @greatcheesecakepersona that really gives it an authentic Sunset Valley feel, as well as all of the recommended visual mods in that post.

@danies-simsational-blog does this hood come with townies or would we have to create our own?

This version has no playables, townies, or NPCs. The link to the populated version includes all of the playables from TS3 as well as all of the townies and most of the NPCs. 🙂
