Pump You Up Gym

The gym is just the place to make up for your junk food and energy drink diet.

Here I’ve recreated a Community Lot from the Sims 3 University Life. It’s a gym. It was built on a 5×5 lot with all EPs and Sps installed. My ceilings tend to look wonky in my game. I also made some adjustments to accommodate the basement, by adding a foundation and steps to the building.

The Grotto

You don’t have to be a Rebel to enjoy the Grotto. It’s just a cool place to hang out.

So here’s what I’ve been working on for a bit now. Sims University in the Sims 2! I am using deco buildings for the college buildings, stadium, and maybe a few more when I get to them, as well as pathways and walls. So this won’t be CC free, and I don’t plan on making it inhabited since TS2 Uni is young adults, and TS3 Uni includes adults and Elders, so it gets kinda complicated and I’d rather not deal with it. Anyway, here’s ~~wonderwall~~ a preview.

Roasted Toasted Beans Coffee

Relax to a soothing coffee, organic brew, or herb infused drink at the best coffee shop in town.

Here I’ve recreated a Community Lot from the Sims 3 University Life. It’s a coffee shop/java hut. It was built on a 4×2 lot with all EPs and Sps installed.
