Landgraab Industries Science Facility – Fully furnished version!

I present to you, my recreation of the Landgraab Industries Science Facility from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I fully furnished on the all three floors. The first floor has the lobby, two bathrooms, an aquarium type room, a natural science lab complete with the ever lovely Cowplant, and an archeology lab for dusting dusty things and looking at it. The second floor has a little tv area, a tech lab, and a Sim research lab. The third floor is dedicated to the alien research lab, where alien Sims can (VOLUNTARILY) submit themselves for observation and research.

The inside design is just my interpretation since, as a rabbit hole, it does not have an interior in TS3. Feel free to download my empty version HERE and give it your own interior if you would like. It may be a bit heavy on some computers since it has so many items on such a large lot. It is completely CC FREE.

Outstanding Citizen Warehouse Inc – Fully furnished version!

I present to you, my recreation of the Abandoned Warehouse (Fully furnished by me) from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley.

I fully furnished on all four floors. The first floor has a bunch of seating for sitting, a tv, a poker table to play poker on, many “acquired” goods, a money printer, and robot crafting table. The second floor has more seating for sitting, some money trees, a shocky pool thingie to help people who have trouble cooperating, and a gross bathroom. The third floor is all walkways. The fourth floor has a small kitchen because criminals get hungry too, a bubble blower that’s completely recreational guys, a computer, and many beds for lodging, because sometimes crime goes on a little late. I ended up making it much more residential than I originally planned. I had “runaway criminals who do what they want” in my mind, and a bit of Fallout too. So feel free to use it as a residential lot if you’d like, I have added a download link for a residential version below.

Yes, this is where your Gnomes go. No, you cannot have them back.

I used a beautiful method of using the ikea dresser to make boxes by Zarathustra on MTS2 who has an awesome warehouse for download HERE. That was a major inspiration for this, and @katatty‘s Pleasantview Plus uses that lot and is awesome, and you should definitely follow if you haven’t yet.

Llama Memorial Stadium – Fully furnished version!

I present to you, my recreation of the Llama Memorial Stadium (Fully furnished by me) from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I fully furnished on the first three floors. The first floor is basically a soccer field, a lobby, and locker rooms. The second floor is some box seating. The third floor has the restrooms, concessions, and a sports bar type spot. I kinda winged it, so it’s kinda odd.

Fort Gnome Military Base – Fully furnished version!

I present to you, my recreation of the Fort Gnome Military Base (Fully furnished by me) from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I fully furnished on both floors. The first floor has the lobby, barracks, a co-ed bathroom with showers, a recreation room, sleeping quarters for a higher-up Military Sim, the mess hall, and a training room, complete with an indoor obstacle course. The second floor has two offices, two conference rooms, and a speechy-type room with a podium. This has been kicking my butt trying to fill it up, so it’s a bit weird. It’s a community lot, but could probably work as an unconventional residential lot.

The third floor has two more bathrooms, another small conference room, a research/campaign office, and the Mayor’s office. Sacred Spleen Memorial Hospital – Fully furnished version!

I present to you, my recreation of the Sacred Spleen Memorial Hospital (Fully furnished by me) from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. I fully furnished on all three floors. The first floor is the lobby, the Emergency Room, the cafeteria with bathrooms, the general practitioner’s office with three admitting rooms, and a plastic surgery wing. The second floor is the maternity wing on the left with six beds and a nursery, and the children’s wing (or pediatrics) on the right with five rooms, an activity room, and small sitting area. The third floor is surgical and a lab on the left, and a mental health ward on the right with a waiting room, two therapy offices, a group therapy room, and an art group room.
